We also collect information about your interactions with the Services, including the pages and content you view on the web site or app, and the dates and times you access the Services.

Damaged cover.

It is important to know that The Houston Expedite Cover Policy cannot cover damaged parcels. If you require cover for damaged items, this should be arranged separately.

How soon can you delivery my package?

We offer a Expedite Gold ASAP service where a courier will pick up and deliver your package direct with no stops in between; which is usually delivered in under 60 minutes. Other courier service like Expedite Silver we offer include a 3 hour delivery Both same day delivery.

Will I get Charge if the I wrote the wrong address?

If the Houston Expedite delivery drivers made the trip to the destination listed on the pick up order. And the location is close, no longer is open, have move to a different location or simply the document needs to have modification or needs to be cancel while on transit.  The Houston Expedite will charge a trip fee. The trip fee will vary accordingly to distance.  We ask to avoid the fees that the sender will verify with the receiver, If the location will be closing soon or have recently move.
